Unused credits

Refundable for 30 days from purchase. Email [email protected] with your key and we return the unused balance to the PayPal account that paid.

Used credits

Not refundable — the upstream calls have already been paid for.

Failed calls

Never charged in the first place. Credits are deducted on success only, and a fallback attempt after a native source blocks is at our cost, not yours.

If the service is down

If a platform is unavailable for more than 48 hours and you bought credits primarily for it, contact us and we'll refund the balance in full regardless of the 30-day window.
