What this is

socialsearchapi provides programmatic read access to publicly available content on third-party platforms, returned in a unified JSON schema. Access is sold as prepaid credits.

Acceptable use

You may query public content and store the results for your own product or research. You may not use the API to harass, profile or de-anonymise individuals, to build a competing bulk-resale dataset, or in any way that breaks the source platform's own terms. We may suspend a key for any of these.

What we don't offer

We do not provide LinkedIn data, private or logged-in content, personal contact details, or anything behind an authentication wall.

Availability

Best effort. Upstream platforms block, rate-limit and change without notice; automatic failover covers a lot of that but not all of it. There is no uptime SLA on the standard plans.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. Our total liability is limited to the credits remaining on your account.
